We consult to teams and individuals seeking to improve their ways of working with each other. This means challenging the unquestioned assumptions that frame everyone’s approach to the task in hand.

We create space for you to examine how you might be getting in your own way, and how to find new ways of responding to others so that challenging situations no longer get the better of you.

Purpose

Organisations are a complex network of human interactions designed to achieve strategic outcomes. Problems occur when vested interests distract attention from what the work is for.

We surface the underlying dynamics of both workplace culture and individual practice. This allows us not just to identify what is stuck or broken but why, and so help to prevent it from happening again.

Depth

We do not offer out-of-the-box solutions. We work with what we find, not with what we already know.

We work with you to capture the essence of the organisation. We look at what is left out as well as what gets done. We look for what is concealed as well as what is displayed. We look at what is avoided as well as what is pursued. If we know one thing, it is that the road to self-improvement always starts with self-knowledge.
